October Condo Sales on Kauai

This October was slow in condo sales but then again October is a slow month for Kauai in real estate.   The entire island had 4 less condominium sales than the same time last year.  Last year in October we closed on 33 condos and this year in October we closed 29.  The median price for a condo on Kauai for the month of October also fell.  The median price dodo sales in October of 2013 was $320,000.  This year the median price condo sale was $226,000.  I am confident that November will look up.  The last week in October was busier with an increase in buyers requesting showings which will hopefully result in sales for November and December.
